Answer: If I twig your question , no. it doesn't affect your bandwidth. Do you mean this? You have network site A that you maintain and pay for bandwidth. In your HTML pages, you insinuation images on site B, that you do not pay for. Site B contains your images and is rewarded for by someone else. Any content drawn from site B only affects B's bandwidth. Not yours. Does that help?
